A little bit about me, just turned 50 and working out to be Hard, Lean & Flexible. Currently my fitness and sports include hiking, mountain biking, surf ski paddling, cardio and weight workouts. Am now bringing Yoga and Pilates into my daily life. You can get stronger as you get older but you need the flexibility....
